These are the decoration methods this product can be branded with.
Screen Print
Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the product, one screen per colour. The ink sits on the surface as a thin, slightly raised layer that you can feel with a fingertip.
- Colours
- Up to 4 colours
- Print area
- Band - 202mm x 8mm.
- Best for
- Bold, flat spot colours and simple logos, especially over larger runs — the setup is per colour, so the more units you order the cheaper each one gets.
- Not ideal for
- Photographs, gradients, or artwork with many colours, since each colour needs its own screen.
Debossing
A heated metal die is pressed into the surface, permanently reshaping it to your logo. Debossing presses the mark in; embossing raises it out. Nothing is printed, so there is no ink or thread to wear away — the logo is the material's own shape.
- Print area
- Band - 202mm x 8mm.
- Best for
- Leather, PU, silicone and soft-touch finishes where an understated, tactile mark suits the product better than a printed one.
- Not ideal for
- Colour, fine detail, or small text — you get shape and shadow only, so a logo that relies on colour contrast will disappear.
Colour Fill
An engraved or debossed recess is flooded with coloured ink or enamel, then the surface is wiped clean so colour survives only inside the mark.
- Print area
- Band - 202mm x 8mm (1 colour max).
- Best for
- Metal drinkware and pens where a plain engraving would be too subtle and you want the logo to carry brand colour.
- Not ideal for
- Multi-colour artwork or fine detail — each colour is a separate fill, and the recess has to be wide enough to hold it.
Embossing

Colour Over Print
- Print area
- Band - 202mm x 8mm (1 colour max).
Digital Label
The artwork is printed straight onto the product by a digital printer, much like an office printer but with inks formulated for the surface. No screens or plates are made.
- Colours
- Full colour
- Print area
- Polybag - 65mm x 45mm.
- Best for
- Detailed, multi-colour artwork and short runs, since there is little per-order setup.
- Not ideal for
- Very large solid blocks of colour, which can look flatter than a screen print.
