These are the decoration methods this product can be branded with.
Pad Print
A soft silicone pad picks your logo up from an etched plate and stamps it onto the product. Because the pad flexes, it can print onto curved and uneven surfaces that flat methods cannot reach.

- Best for
- Small, crisp marks on pens, bottle lids, and other curved or awkwardly shaped items.
- Not ideal for
- Large print areas or heavy solid coverage — the pad can only carry so much ink in one pass.
Rotary Screen Print
Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the product, one screen per colour. The ink sits on the surface as a thin, slightly raised layer that you can feel with a fingertip.

- Bottle - 208mm x 80mm.
- Best for
- Bold, flat spot colours and simple logos, especially over larger runs — the setup is per colour, so the more units you order the cheaper each one gets.
- Not ideal for
- Photographs, gradients, or artwork with many colours, since each colour needs its own screen.
Resin Coated Finish
A clear resin is poured over an already-printed area and cures into a raised, glass-like dome that magnifies the artwork underneath and seals it.

- Best for
- Keyrings, badges and USB drives where you want a hard, glossy finish that protects the print.
- Not ideal for
- Large areas or flexible products — the dome is rigid and is best kept to a small, flat footprint.
Laser Engraving
A laser burns away the top surface layer, revealing the material beneath. On metal that means a frosted, tone-on-tone mark; on timber, a darker scorched line. Nothing is added to the product, so there is no ink to scratch off.
- Print area
- Bottle - 50mm x 75mm.
- Best for
- Drinkware, tools, and metal or timber gifts where a permanent, understated finish matters.
- Not ideal for
- Anything needing colour — engraving cannot add any. You get the material's own contrast.
Rotary Digital Print
The artwork is printed straight onto the product by a digital printer, much like an office printer but with inks formulated for the surface. No screens or plates are made.

- Full colour
- Print area
- Bottle - 236mm x 100mm.
- Best for
- Detailed, multi-colour artwork and short runs, since there is little per-order setup.
- Not ideal for
- Very large solid blocks of colour, which can look flatter than a screen print.
