Screen Print
Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen onto the product, one screen per colour. The ink sits on the surface as a thin, slightly raised layer that you can feel with a fingertip.

- Best for
- Bold, flat spot colours and simple logos, especially over larger runs — the setup is per colour, so the more units you order the cheaper each one gets.
- Not ideal for
- Photographs, gradients, or artwork with many colours, since each colour needs its own screen.
Colourflex Transfer
Your artwork is printed onto a carrier film, then heat-pressed onto the product so the design fuses to the surface. The result is a smooth, slightly glossy layer with cleanly cut edges.

- Best for
- Full-colour artwork, photographs, and fine gradients — and small runs, since there are no per-colour screens to set up.
- Not ideal for
- Very high-heat or heavily textured fabrics, where the film struggles to bond evenly.
Embroidery
Your logo is stitched directly into the fabric with thread, following a digitised stitch path. It reads as a raised, textured mark rather than a printed one, and wears in rather than out.

- Best for
- Caps, polos, jackets and anything premium — it is the most durable decoration we offer and survives repeated washing.
- Not ideal for
- Fine detail, small text, or photographic artwork; thread has a minimum practical stitch size.
DigiFlex Transfer

Puff Print
A screen print laid down in an ink that expands when it passes under heat, rising off the surface into a soft, raised mark you can feel.

- Bold single-colour logos and lettering on caps and apparel, where you want physical presence rather than a flat print.
- Not ideal for
- Fine detail, thin lines or tight registration — the ink spreads as it rises, so small features close up.
